SAY YES TO DIET!

how to DIET???

One of our group members is on diet. So she find this article and want to share with everyone..
Everybody who wants to lose their weight, can follow this steps. Remember, dicipline is priority.

steps
1.Brush your teeth or use mouthwash.
2.Drink water or (unsweetened) herbal tea.
3.Exercise (aerobic exercise and weight training)
4.Drink some coffee or tea without add sugar if you're trying to lose weight.
5.Get away from the kitchen and immerse yourself in something that interests you.
6.Look at an image of something that is unattractive/gross to you.
7.Imagine yourself eating something that's repulsive to you.
8.Do something repulsive, like cleaning the toilet or the litterbox.
9.Smell something putrid.
10.Eat something that takes up a lot of room in your stomach, but has few calories.
11.Get enough sleep.
12.Add more fiber to your diet.
13.Eat slowly -It helps using smaller spoons.
